MEET THE ARTIST

Ali is a self-taught artist from Charleston, South Carolina, whose work explores repetition, color and texture. Using mediums such as layered acrylic and modeling paste, her paintings evolve through subtle variations within a single idea. Familiar, but never identical.

Drawing inspiration from emotions and nature, she approaches color intuitively, guided by mood, rhythm and moments of joy.

She creates paintings that bring her happiness and hopes they offer the same feeling to those who experience them.
