All products are carefully packaged for shipment.

Orders will typically go out in 5 -7 days unless otherwise noted.

 

All artworks, are all shipped at a flat rate charge within the United States ONLY.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or destination.

Local delivery is available in the general Charleston area. If your zip code is within the parameters, local delivery will show as an option.  I will be in contact to arrange a delivery date. Please be sure to double check your email and/or phone number when checking out.

No refunds or returns if the buyer has a change of mind once the order is placed. Please contact Ali directly via the contact page or at alioreilly.studio@gmail.com if you have concerns regarding your purchase.

No returns or refunds on original artwork or commissioned artwork. Colors and textures will vary from artwork to artwork, which is part of the uniqueness of original art. All sales are final. 

 

If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging, the shipping label, as well as photographing the damaged product inside and email photographs to alioreilly.studio@gmail.com with your concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
